United Patients Alliance (UPA) is the UK’s premier medical cannabis support group, led by patients, for patients. Founded by Clark French after his multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis, UPA has grown into the largest patient-led organization in Europe advocating for sensible reform of cannabis laws.
